Winoa Academy, an essential part of our competitiveness
In 2011 we created the Winoa Academy, our own internal university. The Academy’s objective is to maintain a high level of expertise and to ensure consistent skill development amongst all our personnel.
We operate in a very technical sector which requires a wide range of skills and a true capacity to adapt. Training is therefore an essential key to our competitiveness. Our Academy is a complement to training programs already carried out in our subsidiaries.
It’s brings to our teams a significant support to their ambitions and those of the group, throughout their career, from their integration to their achievement.

In addition to the integration process, we have developed standardized training cycles to meet the specificities of some of our activities. For example, our sales teams participate in the Winoa START program which helps them understand the sales strategy, products, services and all the tools made available by the Group.
