We are looking for a B2B #E-Commerce Manager to lead the launch and growth of our online store in Germany. This role combines e-commerce strategy, sales operations, and analytics to ensure a seamless and scalable B2B purchasing process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy & Growth

  • Own and optimize the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless navigation, content accuracy, and product availability.
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition & retention strategies through SEO, paid advertising (PPC), and email marketing.
  • Manage CMS operations, including RFQs, customer approvals, and data uploads to streamline B2B purchasing.
  • Expand the product portfolio, onboard new vendors, and establish dedicated stock for e-commerce.
  • Work with logistics partners to enhance shipping efficiency and fulfillment processes.

 

Data & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze onsite traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance using data from different channels.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize pricing strategies, content, and promotions based on data trends and customer behavior.

 

Sales Operations & Customer Experience

  • Oversee the quote-to-order process, ensuring smooth transactions and operational efficiency.
  • Develop processes to improve order fulfillment and on-time deliveries.
  • Manage customer support channels, gather feedback, and implement improvements for a seamless B2B buying experience.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German and English is required.
  • Strong expertise in B2B e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales operations.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of UX, basic HTML, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Experience with customer service, industrial sales, and digital commerce strategies.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
