Because safety at work remains an absolute priority for Winoa, a dedicated day was held at the Group’s industrial site in France to raise awareness among 30 employees.

- A fun game specially customised for Winoa, based on work situations encountered on the site, with the associated risks and means of prevention and protection, hazards to deal with and quizzes
- Practical experience using fire extinguishers, led by a Winoa fire brigade team leader and lab manager
- Communication game: improving exchanges within the team to ensure that messages are passed on as effectively as possible, led by two Winoa team leaders
- Role-playing and handling of a defibrillator, led by a Winoa team leader and workplace first-aid trainer
- Theorical workshop about safety culture : risk perception, risk identification mechanism and succession of deviations leading to an accident
