WINOA Academy: Empowering Our Talents

Our Corporate University, A Key Driver of Our Competitiveness

Since 2011, our corporate university, Winoa Academy, has been developing training programs designed to maintain a high level of expertise and support the continuous development of our employees’ skills.

Winoa operates in a highly technical sector that requires a broad range of competencies and a strong ability to adapt. In this environment, training is a critical driver of competitiveness.

With the support of Winoa Academy, our teams, already trained locally, benefit from strong, ongoing support for both their personal development and the growth of the Group throughout their careers, starting from their integration.

Tailored and Standard Programs to Meet Diverse Needs

Beyond the onboarding process, we have developed a range of training cycles designed to address the specific needs of certain business activities. The Winoa START program is a perfect example. Designed for our sales teams, it provides all the tools needed to understand the Group’s sales strategy, products, services, and key operational tools.

We also encourage every employee to take an active role in their own professional development through our online learning platform, Winoa Academy Online. Rich in internally developed content tailored to specific skill needs, our e-learning offering also includes an extensive off-the-shelf training library covering more than 50 business areas, with 26,000 learning modules currently available.

In addition, every employee has free access to our language learning platform, Winoa Academy Languages, where they can learn or improve their proficiency in foreign languages. The platform offers 40 languages, with English remaining the Group’s primary working language. Individual lessons are also provided to selected employees, identified by HR teams.

On average, we provide 4.5 days of training per employee each year, representing more than 23,400 hours of training delivered across the Group. This commitment ensures the continuous maintenance and development of our employees’ skills and expertise.
